- README: add a PyPI version badge; replace the stale "Pre-PyPI / until the packages are published" note with the live `pip install` story. - playbooks/01-install: retitle "Before PyPI (today)" → "Contributor / dev setup" (packages are published now); fix "16 packages" → 17. Now that the packages are live on PyPI, the README/docs said the opposite. Fixes:
