Dynamtic ingest + Test DB

• working pytest for test_db
• working pytest for generic_ingest.py
• validate models for any update
• cache any harded IDs in aspects

Notes:
test_print_first_row_of_each_entity will be where you test the test_db. Will have it as default as not to auto create unless this fast (< 1 second).
