Rename MATIC to POL and replace depreciated pol rpc url

[garyghayrat]

with official rpc url from https://docs.polygon.technology/pos/reference/rpc-endpoints/#mainnet

This way when users add polygon to their wallet for the first time, they will have the updated rpc url.
