Adds lean twins of the krausest create and clear ops — the same app minus the two per-row data-id bindings. Within a run, the standard-vs-lean gap prices what those bindings cost, which is the number #248 removes for handler-driven apps. Scaffolding: collapses back to one app when the bench itself goes lean after #248 merges.

This PR's own bench comment is a null comparison (bench files run from main in both arms) — the readable run is #248's, after this merges and main is merged into it.

Closing — this bakes a one-feature A/B into the permanent suite. The suite benches user code shapes; the binding-cost question gets a throwaway local tachometer session instead.
