Feat: cube with sugarcube (vite)

This is an example of how you would migrate this exact setup from Tailwind to sugarcube + Vite. This PR is not meant to be merged but merely to serve as a temporary example as discussed with @Andy-set-studio.

• Removes TailwindCSS and replaces functionality with sugarcube.
• Sugarcube here runs via the Vite plugin (i.e. outputs CSS as virtual modules (not static source files)).
• Replaces custom design token format with DTCG-compliant design token format.
