Contributions are accepted through pull requests. By intentionally submitting code, documentation, tests, designs, or other material to this repository (a "Contribution"), you agree to the terms below.
You retain copyright ownership of your Contribution and may continue to use, license, or distribute it independently. You grant the individual identified by GitHub account mkn8rn, and that individual's successors and assigns, a perpetual, worldwide, irrevocable, royalty-free, non-exclusive, transferable, and fully sublicensable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, prepare derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, distribute, sell, offer for sale, commercialize, and otherwise exploit the Contribution, alone or as part of another work, for any purpose. This expressly includes licensing or relicensing the Contribution under any open-source, source-available, commercial, or proprietary terms without further permission or payment.
To the extent you control patent claims necessarily infringed by your Contribution, you grant the same recipients a perpetual, worldwide, irrevocable, royalty-free, non-exclusive, transferable, and sublicensable patent license to make, have made, use, sell, offer for sale, import, and otherwise exploit the Contribution.
You represent that you have the legal right to make these grants, including any permission required from an employer or client, and that the Contribution contains no third-party material whose terms conflict with this agreement. To the maximum extent permitted by law, you waive, or agree not to assert, moral rights that would restrict exercise of the granted rights.
Contributions are provided as is. Acceptance does not require the repository owner to use, distribute, or maintain a Contribution.
Every pull request description must contain this checked confirmation:
- [x] I have read and agree to CONTRIBUTING.md, including its contributor license terms.
A pull request without that confirmation must not be merged. If you do not agree, do not submit the Contribution upstream. You may still use and fork the project under the repository's existing license.
This agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Croatia, whose courts have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from it. It is the complete agreement governing the submitted Contribution.
