MiruroAPI helps you get anime streaming details. It connects to the AniList database and combines that data with various streaming providers. Before you start, ensure your computer meets these basic needs:
- Operating System: Windows 10 or 11 (64-bit).
- Memory: At least 4GB of RAM.
- Storage: 200MB of free disk space.
- Internet: A stable connection to reach streaming providers.
You need the software files to run MiruroAPI on your machine.

- Look for the "Releases" section on the right side of the page.
- Click the latest version link.
- Download the setup file ending in .exe for Windows.

- Run the installer.

- Place the downloaded MiruroAPI folder in a location you can find easily, such as your Documents or Desktop folder.
- Open the folder.
- Right-click on the installation file.
- Select "Run as administrator" if Windows asks for permission to make changes.
- A black window will appear. This is the command interface. Keep this window open while you use the API.
- The tool will tell you that the server is running on a specific port, usually 3000.
You can test if the service works by opening your web browser. Type the following address into the search bar: http://localhost:3000.
If your setup works, you will see a text confirmation in your browser window. You can now use this link in your preferred media player or streaming application to access anime content.
The black window closes immediately This happens if you skipped the Node.js installation. Check that you installed the latest LTS version and try again.
The address does not load Ensure your firewall allows the application to communicate over the local network. Sometimes antivirus software blocks new applications. Check your security settings if the browser cannot find the page.
The stream does not play Streaming providers change their links often. If a specific episode fails, wait a few minutes and refresh your request. The API fetches live data, so it requires an active network path at all times.
