This PR introduces several security enhancements to the 5ive UX sample: 1. 🔒 **CSP Hardening**: Added `form-action 'none'` to the Content Security Policy to prevent unauthorized data exfiltration via form submissions. 2. 🔧 **Defensive Coding**: Explicitly set `type="button"` for the dynamically created close button to prevent accidental form submissions. 3. ✅ **Best Practices**: Refactored the close button event handler to use `addEventListener` instead of `onclick` for better maintainability and reliability. 4. 🎯 **CSP Integrity**: Updated the inline script's SHA-256 hash in the CSP meta tag to ensure continued protection while allowing the improved script to execute.
