Can we copy this to 4.0.2-pshopify1 as well? We shouldn't lose the fiber backport when we switch from 4.0.1 to 4.0.2. The revision is already looking like 4.0.2-pshopify1, so there should be no effort required in doing so.

We want to get the fiber patch into SFR which may not be ready to upgrade to 4.0.2 directly just yet as it is so new.
Note that this does make it report as "4.0.2", though.
