Create a reusable LinkText component that automatically detects URLs in text content and renders them as clickable links. Apply it to post descriptions so users can click URLs to open them in the browser.
- Move LinkText from ui/components to src/components (not design system) - Remove intermediate TextPart data structure, return ReactNode directly - Cleaner, more functional approach to URL parsing
