Statistics

After analysis, the program can be used to statistically analyse the obtained data. After hitting the statistics button, the experiment selection dialog will pop up:

This will allow to select a defined experiment and select the channels tht should be analysed. After selection, the statistics dialog will be shown. Thereby, each group will be compared for each channel with an poisson distribution

and a boxplot for each group and channel will be shown:
