Backports the client-injection seam from TanStack#989 onto @tanstack/ai-anthropic 0.16.0 so Pretty can inject the official AnthropicVertex client without patching dependencies.
Publishes @silkhubco/ai-anthropic@0.16.0-silkhubco.1 to GitHub Packages and attaches the package tarball to a GitHub Release when the matching release tag is pushed.
Validated with package unit tests, cross-SDK type tests, lint, build, publint, repository knip and Kiira checks, and the complete TanStack E2E suite (335 passed, 1 skipped; four unrelated flaky cases passed on retry).
