The map server ignores those players who haven't created a carachter yet. So we cannot load the map until we create our new character.

* Fixed pokemon Evolving issue, since the server now sends Pokemon Database ID. * Sometimes the server may send the item's data little bit later, so in that case some updates were made with relog and setting water and ground mount
