We are using
mimickto test some code in the ROS 2 codebase and something we have an issue on Windows. More details about the issue here.According with the documentation https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/win32/api/tlhelp32/nf-tlhelp32-createtoolhelp32snapshot, it says there that if
CreateToolhelp32Snapshotfails withERROR_BAD_LENGTH, you should retry until it succeeds.
