Happy to break this one up into smaller PRs if you prefer.

Added support for Wreckfest 2 telemetry.
Fixed UDP socket logic (service was crashing on me on game exit under certain conditions)
Made it more tolerant of missing bridge exe env variable (such as if it was launched by other means already)
Updated documentation and cmake file to support installing as a local user service

Oh yeah there are some tidbits of trying to add support for the simhub AC shared memory, that implementation isn't totally working yet but it doesn't break other things so happy to remove those bits if you want.

could you take out the simhub bridge stuff for now? I'm happy to merge it, but off the top of my head, unless they added to that struct you shouldn't need to add anything in simapi.

Other than that this is great! I looked through the code here on github and it all looks legit. I want to pull it onto my machine and go through it once or twice, and I'll certainly commit it! I was working on some udp issues in the monocoque project too and I was going to come here next and give simd some love too.

Also thanks for the wreckfest 2 work! I'm always happy to add another sim!

Yeah I'll pull the simhub stuff tonight, that's my fault for bad branching strategy.

I also added support for Richard burns rally last night to this, there are a couple odd values I gotta look deeper into but it otherwise works.
