Important: RCD credentials in .env must match those used when starting rclone rcd.
- Username is always
admin. - Password comes from
ADMIN_PASSWORDon first backend start. - If

admin.jsonunder yourDATA_DIRand reused on next starts.
For security, set a strong ADMIN_PASSWORD before first startup in each new environment.
