Lecture 15 Scribe Note Updates

Here are our updates. Let me know if there are any questions:

Major Update:
-Converted PDF to LaTex

Section 15.1
-Added some examples of motion planning problems
-Added lecture/scribe note overview

Section 15.2

• Fixed notation
• Edited wording to make it less complicated
• Added 2 figures and some lines to better explain forbidden space
• Fixed formatting

Section 15.3

• Fixed Unicode issues so LaTeX can compile
• Fixed/updated inline equations
• Added some text from this year's slides
• Took out some redundant sentences

Section 15.4

• Added more info on cell representation and free space
• Fixed notation
• Changed wording and fixed typos/grammar
• Took out some redundant sentences

Section 15.5

• Fixing symbols, mathematical equations, and the notation
• Editing the grammar
• Replacing figures with more expressive ones

Section 15.6

• Converted both figures to latex (in document, not external figs)
• Reworded parts of section to more closely match lecture and added some more explanation
• Added section on benefits and drawbacks of graph-based approaches
• Added A* algorithm from lecture slides
