Fixed missing lang and changed lang names for consistency

TODO:

  • Change names for consistency
  • Add missing descriptions/explanations (will need assistance with this part cough ultra cough cough)

Missing Descriptions:

  • Duranium ingot desc should be changed since you can't actually do anything with it till post csg (futuristic mechanisms)
  • At least the t1 reflector needs a description to explain what they do (futuristic mechanisms)
  • Majority of the CSG Quest page
  • Advanced synth plant (abydos)
  • Compact assline (abydos)
  • Absolute Stabilization Module (abydos)
  • Component Nexus (abydos)
  • Majority of the ASG Quest page
  • Both FIRE and LOAF need descriptions but that quest page is barely done atm anyway
