Updates the HLTB for Steam plugin submodule to v1.1.0.
Another day another release :p. Thanks for reviewing and approving.
Users with region locked games were having problems because Steam API was failing to return a name. A new contributor added SteamHunters as a backup search source to solve this problem. In the process I beefed up the test coverage and made the search process more modular in case other sources are needed in the future.
Tested and verified by me from USA by disabling the Steam primary source and testing across my library.
