Did I mention I have near zero Idea what I'm doing?
I couldn't figure out how keep the same PR, and do changes, so I'll close my other one and do this one. All comments have been addressed.

IT is the same as Azure-Peak/Azure-Peak#2852
But: it's +2 instead of +1 to mining level. The pick has been downgraded to iron. The maximum level this can increase your mining level to is now 4 instead of 6. Open to comments.

We're going in a direction where people are supposed to have to talk to others, not just do everything themselves with a free steel pick and good mining  skills. Alchemists are gamin a little too close to the sun (Myself included. But I think it's for the best). Hire a miner, interact, stimulate the economy.

I've went from +1 to +2. BUT I lowered the max level.

Merging this would require merging 250 other odd commits from an entire other codebase that are tied to this PR.

In order to do specific changes to specific files without having to pull the whole commit history of a codebase along with it, you make a separate branch and make your change only on that branch, as opposed to comparing the master or main branches of those separate codebases. Hopefully this information helps you.
