[codex] add editor tools and dictation

Summary

• Add a keyboard composer toolbox for rich text styles and list toggles.
• Wire the note composer to report editor style state and use the new toolbar.
• Replace live-audio-stream dictation with react-native-audio-api plus ExecuTorch Whisper streaming.
• Register bundled Nunito fonts and sync the pnpm lockfile after removing the stale audio dependency.
• Add iOS native header action items for note and dashboard actions, with existing header controls kept for other platforms.
• Fix TypeScript strict validation by avoiding vendor source imports, updating i18next compatibility, and isolating Legend/Supabase select type drift.
