🔴 || true causes CI to never fail on test failures
The || true at the end of the pytest command (line 12) forces the step to always exit with code 0, regardless of whether tests pass or fail. This completely defeats the purpose of a CI pipeline, as broken tests will never block a merge or flag a failure.
