design: add dark mode stats and pricing sections

Summary

This PR adds high-fidelity Dark Mode Figma designs for the Statistics and Choose a Plan sections, following the SwiftChain design system and visual guidelines.

What Changed

• Designed the Statistics section to clearly present key platform metrics using a clean visual hierarchy and engaging data presentation.
• Designed the Choose a Plan section with intuitive pricing cards, clear feature comparisons, and strong call-to-action elements.
• Applied the project's Dark Mode color palette to ensure excellent contrast, readability, and visual consistency.
• Used reusable Figma components and Auto Layout to improve scalability, consistency, and maintainability.
• Maintained consistent typography, spacing, alignment, and visual hierarchy across both sections.
• Created responsive layout variants for desktop, tablet, and mobile screens.
• Organized frames, components, and layers using clear naming conventions for efficient developer handoff.

Notes

• This PR contains UI/UX design work only; no frontend implementation is included.
• Both sections adhere to the SwiftChain Dark Mode design system and maintain consistency with the platform's existing visual language.
• The Figma file is organized for future iterations, component reuse, and seamless collaboration with developers.
