This introduces the following, new two API functions: sap_set_nonblocking() sap_get_pollfd() The former allows calling sap_run() without blocking. The latter allows getting a descriptor to check in one's own event handler loop for work for libsap, to notify to call sap_run(). TODO: Does something to provide a single descriptor for multiple events exist on Windows/MacOS/BSD, too? Or is this API unsuitable for portability?
