fix: Enhance error suppression for Publift Fuse and race conditions

Fixes TANSTACK-COM-T1. The issue was that: Publift Fuse ad script's BQ function called uninitialized tG during TanStack Router navigation, causing a TypeError.

• Suppress additional Publift Fuse errors originating from '/nobid/blocking_script.js'.
• Suppress 'is not a function' errors to handle race conditions during navigation.
• Extend global error handler to prevent unwanted console logs for specific ad-related issues.
