When running the apptainer container on HPC systems via SLURM,
conda must be explicitly activated before Python can find the
CUDA libraries. Without this, CuPy fails with:
TypeError: expected str, bytes or os.PathLike object, not NoneType
This adds a note with the correct apptainer exec command for HPC/SLURM users.
