🚨 Severity: HIGH
💡 Vulnerability: XSS vulnerability through string interpolation in WebView injectJavaScript. Data payload could be manipulated to inject malicious JavaScript.
🎯 Impact: An attacker could potentially inject arbitrary code that would be executed within the WebView context.
🔧 Fix: Replaced injectJavaScript with webViewRef.current?.postMessage and implemented message event listeners (window.addEventListener and document.addEventListener) within the WebView's HTML string to safely receive and parse the payload. The original Tesseract readiness fallback mechanism was explicitly preserved.
✅ Verification: Ran npx jest --passWithNoTests and npm run typecheck to verify no regressions were introduced. Also confirmed that the journal learning log was created correctly.
