🎨 Palette: Add ARIA labels to phonebook icon buttons

💡 What: Added missing ARIA labels (accessibilityLabel, accessibilityRole="button", and accessible={true}) to the icon-only buttons (Call, Edit, Delete, Clear search) in the Phonebook screen.
🎯 Why: To improve screen reader accessibility and provide proper context for visually impaired users when interacting with list items and search functionalities.
📸 Before/After: Not applicable (non-visual change).
♿ Accessibility: Screen readers will now announce "Call [Name]", "Edit [Name]", "Delete [Name]", and "Clear search" instead of just "Button".
