Jupyter Notebook and Google Colab


How to run

  1. Open SkinLesionClassificationModelTraining.ipynb in Jupyter Notebook or Google Colab.
  2. Run SkinLesionClassificationModelTraining.ipynb to train model.
  3. Offload model weights (skin_lesion_classifier.tflite, which is created in step 2) to Raspberry Pi.
  4. Run classify.py on Rasperry Pi.
