- 操作2歧义修复:明确爆香后必须立刻加400ml开水中止反应
- 操作开头新增高能预警块,提醒提前备料
- 肉块标准化:3cm×3cm×3cm正方体,附收缩后约2.5cm说明
- 补全小葱(30g)、大蒜(25g)重量参数
- 料酒总量声明30ml(焯水20ml+炖煮10ml)
- 辅料重构为A包(去腥)/B包(炖煮),消除B包重复调用Bug
- 修复步骤9-10时序冲突:炒糖色→爆香→下肉翻炒→加水炖煮

压缩6张超过1MB的图片至合规范围。

食谱自称"厨房小白可上手""操作简单",30分钟动手时间,与照烧鸡腿饭同理应为3星。
食谱自称"简单易做",刮肥肉搓洗虽累但不难,无火候技巧要求。
