ash_ui had no .gitignore, so _build/, deps/, .elixir_ls/, and orchestration-scratch dirs (.claude/, agent-pool/, pr145-review/, chat-backlog/) all showed as untracked (~92 entries in git status). Standard Elixir gitignore + those scratch dirs; committed source unaffected. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>
