What: This PR changes the let jump duration value by -0.2.
Why: This matters because it lowers the amount of time between jumps, making for faster gameplay.
Verified: I verified this by playing the game. I expected less time between jumps. I observed the time in between jumping was lowered.
Status: This PR is Ready for review. Next step is to add a pause menu.
