Probably better to name it acnhmsgbox so it is the same as the package name

I have setup the module declaration "acmsgbox" in decs.ts so this can be imported in both TypeScript (via ambient import) and JavaScript. I also attempted to convert the code to TypeScript but it's just too hard.
