docs(demo): add Tightknit attribution link in header#61

The public demo had no visible link back to Tightknit — only GitHub and npm. Adds a "by Tightknit" link pointing at tightknit.ai (the company brand site), keeping the .dev domain reserved for hosting the demo itself. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>
