TissUUmaps is a GPU-accelerated web application for visualizing, annotating and sharing spatial biology data.
A modern web browser with WebGL 2 and File System API support is required.
Download the latest release.
Alternatively, use TissUUmaps live (development version).
Simply open the downloaded index.html file in your favorite browser.
