CreateNewMicroservice

Microservices are developed in the Tom PIT IDE, but creating and installing them is performed in Management server.

To create a new Microservice follow the steps:

1. Access the Management server
2. Browse to the Resource Groups node and expand the Default node
3. Child nodes are displayed. Click on the Microservices node
4. If there are already Microservices created for the selected Resource Group they will be displayed in the designer
5. Click on the +Microservice button on the toolbar to create a new Microservice
6. A toast message is displayed showing that Microservice has been created successfully. You can click on the toast message to navigate to the newly created Microservice. You can also search the newly created Microservice in the designer or in the explorer under the Microservices node.
7. Once Microservice is selected the property grid displays its properties. Make sure that Template property is set to Default and Status property is set to Development
