Description

Effectively migrate the project to Expo v56 by making necessary changes based on Reanimated, Skia and React Navigation changes and removing deprecations where necessary. The 'expo-55' branch is a rollback branch in the event of any breaking changes that occur after merging. You're more than welcome to contact me via the email below to discuss any changes and updated you recommend before merging and closing this PR. Thanks! 🙂👍
