  1. add BasePlayerController (health , energy)
  2. add BaseProjectileSpell (base for bullet)
  3. add ShootingSkill (base for shooting projectile skill)
  4. add IDamageable (base for taking Damage)
  5. add FluxShot skill
  6. add FluxShotBullet bullet
