This represents the (very late) 1.1 version of rig.

• Mostly bugfixes surrounding existing functionality
• Added a new monitor action that periodically records system stats during the life of a rig
• Added the snaplen option to the tcpdump action to control snaplength
• Temp dirs are now /var/tmp/rig.$random rather than /var/tmp/rig/rig.$random
