feat: enhance repository health scoring with contributor and document…

Description

Enhanced the Repository Health Score Dashboard by adding:

• Contributor activity metric
• Documentation quality indicator
• Updated health score calculation
• Additional recommendations in the health panel

The existing repository comparison view and analytics components were reused to provide a more comprehensive repository health assessment.
