Fixes elepower and fromscratch
Switches submodules to my forks of elepower and fromscratch until the pull requests are accepted upstream:

• elepower pull request: https://gitlab.icynet.eu/evert/elepower/issues/2
• fromscratch pull request: add support for moreores and fix dependencies FromScratch#5

adds moreores

change minetest_game from submodule to standard subdirectory again to obtain correct files -- the files come from 0.2.1a release zip

@Unarelith Would you be interested in reviewing this PR? I just came to minetest today and was excited from what I read, but I can't load the mod, which I assume is related to these fixes being needed (if it isn't, I'll open an issue)

@Unarelith Maybe you could ask if you could transfer this repo along with https://github.com/Unarelith/FromScratch as well as the corresponding contentdb entries to @minetest-mods so others can contribute their changes without you being the bottleneck?

The original author of the Mod should be the one submitting it to the minetest-mods project. Under circumstances (abandoned, author not responsive etc.) we will consider forks.

Well the projects are abandoned, so if you fork them you'll be able to submit them.
If they refuse, link them to this ticket. I'll leave it open until this matter is fixed.

The only reason why I'm keeping those is because people seems to be interested and I don't want them to be lost. However, I don't intend working on them anymore.

Please add a comment here when the other repos are created, so that I can delete the originals.
