🤖 AI enhancements

Unified AI config

• All AI settings moved into /config (AI category): enable/disable, channel allow-list, default persona, and Delete all users' history for the server.
• Removed standalone /aichannels and /aipersona commands.

Personas

• Multiple AI personas: Default, Ruthless, Code Reviewer, Code Expert, Conspiracy Theorist, Lazy, Chaotic.
• Server default: Mods set the guild default persona in /config (AI).
• User preference: Users set a preferred persona in /queries (when viewing their own stats); otherwise server default (or global default) is used.
• Auto-clear on change: Changing the default persona in Config clears everyone’s AI history in that server. Changing personal persona in Queries clears that user’s AI history.

History & safety

• Guild-scoped clear: “Delete all users' history” in Config clears only that server’s AI history
• Security layer: Global security rules and botName in system prompt for consistent identity.
• Cost tracking: OpenRouter cost logged on completion.
• History limit: Capped number of entries stored per conversation.

Queries & UX

• Persona dropdown and “Use server/default” on /queries (self-view only; staff viewing another user do not see it).
• Clearer copy and warnings when changing personas and clearing history.
