Update to Unimined 1.3.15 and Pin Settings

Changes

• Updated Gradle Wrapper to 8.14, because 9.0.0 removed the javaexec function, which is used for source generation in Unimined 1.3.15 and 1.4.1
• Updated Unimined to 1.3.15, because PatchBase needs work to be compatible with 1.4.1
• Updated PatchBase to 1.1.0-SNAPSHOT
• Pinned the version of Vineflower to 1.11.0 to prevent it from changing the generated code
• Pinned all the other source generator and decompiler settings to ensure consistent results
• Regenerated the TitleScreen patch with the new pinned settings
• Enabled the configuration cache, which is a good practice now to speed up consecutive builds.

Configuration cache is still broken in Unimined, so I couldn't include it in the final PR.

Results

All systems are once again operational. Applying patches, creating patches, and creating binary patches all work successfully.
