+        This is the second year in which Adriana is my mentor. When I look back in time, I cannot imagine a better mentor nor a better path to take than this one with the community. With my mentor I have been able to learn and to build my skills and confidence; I have been heard and valued. I have felt safe and motivated to reach my goals (and set the goals :-) ). I am very happy while I write this and I treasure many unforgettable moments from my mentorship programme. This year I have also started to work and it was a very smooth start due to the valuable experience I have gained while collaborating on the development of the new community platform with Adriana and other amazing engineers. +        I felt comfortable talking with my mentor. It was a save space to talk about my situation and I felt free to ask questions. It really helped me to have someone that have been in the same situation and understands or try to understand what my is. Having a mentor and the opportunity to hear from the experience of somebody that experienced it was great and helped me "survived" the first month's in my new role.
