Noting I installed the old theme check content. Not sure yet if there's something better for testing FSE themes, but if I find out, I'll fix it :)

This blueprint helps new theme reviewers by setting up a review environment with necessary plugins and configurations.
Just putting something up so the directory is made; will add an image and go from there.
fixing my oops. This was supposed to be in uploads.zip
Bleh. Couldn't get media uploads to work right, but we have basics at least.
replacing this! Just realized what might be wrong.
no idea why this would break things :/
Figured out how to make the image become an attachment.
Moving to a new "hello" branch so it's not in the PR for the theme check

Test using WordPress Playground
