That's hardly "all" dependencies as in the original title (and I'd likely reject such a PR since I want to look at individual updates in isolation when possible), rather an update to Puffin - the patch update of wgpu has no practical effect other than messing with the lock file. But seems fine, why not.

... that said, have you tested with the new Puffin dependency? I don't have a unit test for that running on CI and I'm a bit short on time.
