Three consequences of DNS-1123 normalization that admins meet without warning: two usernames that normalize alike are refused, a non-Latin username resolves through the account id, and each pattern token gets a fixed share of the 63 characters. Adds the SSO-refusal symptom to troubleshooting, where an operator actually looks.
