A list of Device Id, to GPU Id. This PR is not ready for merging as it is not complete

This PR is related to #3

@ZenitH-AT do you think you can help me implement this?

Basicly, my modification are the following:

It's a lookup between the (actual) GPU device ID, and the NVIDIA API GPU ID.

The file listDevices.txt can be extracted from driver packages, I believe in the root directory.

It has these already, this PR code parses that file.

But it appears like some GPUs are missing.

I know you don't have a lot of time on your hands, neither do I. But the community could use the fix.

This PR fixes the problems with GPU names being different sometimes, causing a no-match problem.

After some more research, I believe the best is to compile a manual list, as there's no complete anywhere.

I'd use my bransch to create the initial lookups. But as I have said, it will not be complete.

Then, I manually add all the other GPUs.

I think this approach is a good one.
