This commit introduces support for open-drain pin configuration in the GPIO driver for the PIC32CX SG41/SG60/SG61 series. Since these controllers lack hardware open-drain support, the functionality is emulated through software. The implementation includes a new gpio_configure_open_drain function, which manages pin states between output low and input high-Z based on the specified flags. Additionally, modifications were made to the existing GPIO functions to handle open-drain pins during configuration, setting, clearing, and toggling operations. The changes ensure that the driver correctly manages the state of open-drain pins while maintaining compatibility with normal push-pull configurations.
