The partner Tieqi Tech (铁旗科技) has been added twice. Additionally, to maintain alphabetical order, this entry should be placed after Thoughtworks (since "Tieqi" alphabetically follows "Thoughtworks").
Please remove the duplicate and consider moving the single entry below Thoughtworks.

Thanks for the review! We have fixed all the issues mentioned - the partner entry is now correctly placed after Thoughtworks with no duplicates, the skills count is updated to 29 across 10 categories, and the URL is corrected to www.itieqi.com.
